Holiday campaign terms – “Sukkot Dorotechem”

1. General and eligibility

1.1. These terms are governed by “Sukkot Dorotechem” (the “Company”) and define the conditions for participating in the holiday campaigns.

1.2. Minimum purchase: eligibility for the benefit requires a purchase of ₪500 or more in a single transaction (this amount excludes shipping, delivery, or assembly fees).

1.3. Redemption limit: the benefit is limited to one personal redemption per customer / household. The Company reserves the right to verify the customer’s identity (via phone number, payment method details, or another reasonable means) to prevent duplicate redemption.

1.4. No stacking: promotions, coupons, or discounts may not be combined. The code/approval grants eligibility for a single benefit per transaction and may not be combined with other coupons, discounts, or promotions. No credit, cash surplus, or refund will be given for a benefit that is not fully used.

2. Redeeming the benefit, discount amount, and limitations

2.1. Redemption and discount amount: the type and rate of the benefit (a percentage off the transaction total or a fixed discount amount) are determined by the coupon code, referral approval, or qualifying eligibility code presented or entered at purchase, subject to meeting the eligibility conditions in section 1.

2.2. Excluded products: the benefit does not apply to shipping, delivery, assembly, clearance/surplus products, or products expressly stated as excluded from the campaign.

2.3. Cancellation or returns: if a transaction is cancelled, products are returned, or an exchange reduces the actual purchase total below the minimum (₪500), eligibility for the benefit is cancelled. Any refund or credit will be recalculated based on the full price of products remaining with the customer.

3. Liability and legal limitations

3.1. Product warranty: the Company provides a warranty for its products in accordance with applicable law and the manufacturer’s terms.

3.2. Assembly and use: the Company and/or anyone on its behalf will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damage resulting from incorrect assembly, dismantling, modification, or improper storage of sukkahs, schach, or Company products, not in accordance with safety and manufacturer instructions.

3.3. Weather and force majeure: the Company is not liable for damage to a sukkah or related equipment caused by extreme weather events (strong winds, flooding, storms, and the like) or force majeure events.

3.4. Communication and system failures: the Company will not be liable for any technical failure, communication disruption, network issue, or computerized system error that prevents a customer from receiving or redeeming an eligibility code.

3.5. Images and publications: images in publications are for illustration only. A typographical or clerical error in a product description, price, or campaign terms will not bind the Company.

4. Stock, changes, or ending the campaign

4.1. The campaign is valid until 25/09/2026 or until stock runs out, whichever comes first.

4.2. The Company reserves the right to change the campaign terms or end it in accordance with applicable law and subject to prior notice through the Company’s official marketing channels.
